Our Event Venue Policies

Booking A Date

A $500 deposit is required to secure the date. This payment is non-refundable after 14 calendar days from the signed contract. The balance must be paid in full 60 days prior to the event.

Cancellation of the event must be 90 days prior to the event. If the cancellation is less than 90 days, payment is expected in full and is non-refundable.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

Security Deposit

A $500 security is due 30 days prior to the event. The deposit will be returned within 7 days if there are no extra charges (we do not have to clean the venue for you) or damages.

Usage of Venue

Access begins and ends at the time stated on your contract and you will be given a code to enter the building.

Alcohol Policy

Circle M Event Center has a Mixed Beverage Permit. All alcohol must be purchased on-site and cannot be taken outside of the doors. Outside, alcohol can not be brought into the building.

Smoking

It is allowed in designated areas outside only.

Do not smoke or vape inside the building; damages will result in extra billing charges.

Rehearsal

Rehearsal times can be arranged no earlier than (60) days before the event and are for one hour only. There are multiple rehearsals on the same day, and must be completed within your scheduled time.

No food or alcohol can be brought into the venue during your rehearsal.

Vendors

The venue will not be responsible for vendors you hire and will not be held responsible if they fail to do their contracted duties.

Minors

All minors must be fully supervised. No running on-premises.

Personal Items

We are not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen items brought to our facility.

Clearing of Facility

You are responsible for all trash to be placed in provided trash cans and all decorations returned where you found them.

The area is to be left according to how you found it, whether you or your caterer used it. Bathrooms are also to be left as you find them. All items rented must be removed at the end of the event.

Do’s and Dont’s

Confetti and silly string are not allowed.

Do include us in all aspects of your event. Surprises are hard to plan for.
